Regional provider of customized communication and security systems with approximately $500,000 in revenue. WCF is facilitating introductions to regional strategic buyers.
Custom Manufacturer of Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic Products
Manufacturer of custom fiberglass reinforced plastic, corrosion resistant products with approximately $0.5 million revenue. WCF is facilitating introductions between the company and individual owner-operators that may want to run and purchase the business from the retiring shareholders.
National Staffing Company
An upper Midwest-based staffing company with operations in all 50 states and revenues of over $450 million has engaged WCF to represent the company on various strategic alternatives because of the firm’s extensive sell-side M&A experience, debt placement and structuring experience, and sector knowledge.

WCF has been engaged to structure, solicit real estate investors, and negotiate a sale-leaseback for property owned by an operating company based in the upper Midwest. WCF has been engaged because of its knowledge of the operating company, transaction experience and access to real estate investors.

An upper Midwest-based company with additional operations in Florida that is a leading developer and manufacturer of plastic, glass and mirror building products for professional contractors and do-it-yourself homeowners, supplied through world-class retailers nation-wide. WCF has been engaged to represent the company because of the firm’s extensive sell-side M&A and industry experience, and its broad access to potential buyers.

Multiple upper Midwest based community banks with assets less than $100 million. WCF was engaged because of the Firm’s network of strategic buyers and sector experience.
